When you try to sell an open order manually and it fails, it can mean many things. See the possible causes of this error:
- The order was already sold on the exchange, but the bot was unable to synchronize.
- The bot may have bought X coins, but the exchange only has Y and he is trying to sell X.
What to do when I can't sell an open order?
The first thing to do is check if the order has already been sold on your exchange, if so, try to manually sync it, go to the Open Orders menu> select the order and click Edit, then look for the Synchronize option manually and choose the sales order.
If it is not possible to synchronize, you can sell your currencies on the exchange itself and cancel the open order that the bot will no longer generate error logs.
